IMPROVING THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPING THE TEACHING COMPETENCE FOR STUDENTS OF ART EDUCATION

Abstract

Teaching competence is a factor that plays a particularly important role for art teachers in high schools. In addition to general teaching ability, teachers of Music and Fine Arts need to have specialized teaching competence. The article analyzes the system of teaching competence that needs to be developed for student of art education and evaluates the current situation of the process of forming a system of teaching competence among students. From there, it is proposed to improvete the process of developing teaching competence for students in order to contribute to improving the quality of teachers of art education resources to meet the urgent requirements of fundamental and comprehensive education reform.
