Abstract

The paper analyzed Vietnam’s cultural industries using an ecosystem approach within the digital and global integration context. It positions arts education as the vital link between policy, creativity, and the market. By benchmarking international models, the paper clarified how educational institutions transform cultural potential into economic value. The author proposed an innovative training framework integrating technology, industry partnerships, and creative entrepreneurship. Ultimately, it advocated for a synergy between national policy and specialized training to develop a creative workforce that is both culturally rooted and globally competitive.
