SOME FACTORS AFFECTING THE TEACHING QUALITY OF MUSIC EDUCATION AT THANH HOA UNIVERSITY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM

Abstract

The effectiveness of the teaching staff is considered a decisive factor in the quality of higher education. Music Education is a specific training program with a long training tradition that has created the brand name of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism (TUCST). So what factors will affect the development of the teaching staff to meet the training needs of Music Education at TUCST? The article performed  some subjective and objective  factors affecting the teaching quality of Music Education at TUCST in the hope of improving the effectiveness of the teaching staff.
