AN OVERVIEW OF YOUNG ETHNIC PEOPLE MIGRATING TO INDUSTRIAL ZONES

Abstract

The process of urbanization and industrialization in our country has led to the formation, expansion and continuous development of industrial zones. Therefore, the labor demand in industrial zones is constantly increasing according to the laws of the labor market. This has promoted a large number of laborers migrating from agricultural areas, rural mountainous areas to urban areas and industrial zones for livings and jobs. Due to the specific job at  industrial zones, young workers account for a large number of migrants. Giving an overview of young ethnic people  at industrial zones is so necessary.
