This paper examined the current situation and challenges in training vocal talents at the Music Department of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism, from the dual perspectives of administrators and specialized instructors. In the context of digital transformation and the rapid growth of the cultural industry, training extends beyond pure vocal technique to include market-oriented thinking, performance skills, and personal branding. The study proposed solutions to improve training quality by bridging academic knowledge and practical experience, aiming to provide high-quality human resources for the North Central region and the country.
