COMMUNITY FOOTBALL FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS IN THANH HOA PROVINCE: SOLUTIONS TO ITS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The paper proposed solutions to promote community-based football for children and adolescents in Thanh Hoa Province, including improving the quality of coaches and collaborators, integrating community football into schools, and facilitating students’ participation in training and competitions. It also highlighted the need to expand football facilities both in schools and in the community. In particular, incentive policies encouraging business and private-sector investment in fee-based mini football pitches were essential to the sustainable development of community football. These measures aimed to diversify and enrich football activities in Thanh Hoa Province.
