The paper examines the music performance activities of TUCST students at Lam Son Square, Thanh Hoa. The results show that these activities not only enrich the community’s cultural life and promote the image of dynamic and creative students but also serve as a training environment for professional skills. However, limitations still exist in terms of facilities, organization, performance skills, and communication. To address these issues, the study proposes six groups of solutions: (1) innovating performance forms; (2) applying digital technology and media; (3) improving students’ skills; (4) encouraging creativity and promoting local identity to ensure sustainability and continuity. If implemented synchronously, these solutions will help build a distinctive cultural-artistic brand at Lam Son Square and affirm the university’s role in community cultural development.
