APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN DEVELOPING SMART TOURISM IN HO CHI MINH CITY

This paper focuses on analyzing the theoretical basis of the relationship between AI and smart tourism, and evaluating the current implementation in Ho Chi Minh City through applications such as chatbots, digital data systems, interactive kiosks, and visitor behavior data analysis. The research results show that AI is gradually generating positive changes, but still faces challenges such as a lack of integrated data, limited human resources, and technical infrastructure constraints. Accordingly, the article proposes several solutions, including developing a shared tourism data platform, supporting a technological startup ecosystem, training human resources, and establishing a long-term smart tourism strategy.
