The paper evaluated a measurement scale for students’ awareness of sustainability concepts in the textile and fashion industry-commonly referred to as “Sustainable Textiles and Fashion” A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is employed. The preliminary scale is constructed through in-depth interviews with students and experts, along with the authors' domain knowledge. Quantitative methods using SPSS help analyze reliability, while Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) aids in refining observable variables and restructuring factors. The finalized questionnaire supported the assessment and syllabus design for an undergraduate Sustainable Fashion course.
