The paper explored the development of competency in organizing experiential activities for Preschool Education students at Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Combining qualitative and quantitative methods, the author examined subjective (lecturers, students) and objective (curriculum, infrastructure, external cooperation) factors influencing this competency. It also proposed measures to improve these skills from the perspectives of students, faculty, and the institution, thereby contributing to a more practical and holistic approach to preschool teacher training.
