Abstract

Ensuring the quality of the teaching staff is a factor that plays a particularly important role in the quality of general education. Training primary school teachers to meet the 2018 General Education Program is a strategic goal of vocational schools that train in Primary Education. The article analyzes innovations in primary education, thereby proposing solutions to ensure the quality of primary school teacher training in order to contribute to improving the quality of primary school teacher resources to meet the requirements of current general education innovation.
