PROMOTING THE ROLE OF CULTURE IN COUNTRY DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE PARTY’S GUIDELINES

Abstract

Culture is the spiritual foundation of society, the goal and driving force in the process of innovation, sustainable development of the country and international integration. Appropriate decisions from the Party's policies and guidelines, especially in Documents of the 13th Party Congress has created favorable conditions to promote the preservation and development of national cultural values, contributing to socio-economic development, "promoting the desire to develop the country" in the trend of global integration. The article analyzed how to flexibly, creatively and effectively apply the Party's views on developing cultural resources in the Documents of the 13th Party Congress into practice.
