PRESERVING AND PROMOTING THE LANGUAGE AND WRITING OF THAI ETHNIC GROUPS IN THANH HOA

Abstract

In Thanh Hoa, among ethnic minorities, Thai ethnic group ranked second in number. At the same time, Thai ethnic group belongs to a community with extremely diverse and rich cultural resources, including language and writing.

Language and writing not only belong to the cultural life but also express the spiritual life of Thai ethnic group. Because language and writing are the foundation to promote the preservation and promotion of Thai cultural values. This article discussed current issues in preserving and promoting the language and writing of Thai ethnic people and then proposes solutions to preserve and promote these cultural values.
