DEVELOPING TRAINING ACTIVITIES OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS FOR HOTEL MANAGEMENT STUDENTS, THANH HOA UNIVERSITY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM TO MEET OUTPUT STANDARDS

Abstract

Hotel Management (HM) is one of the key field of study of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism. However, in recent years, the percentage of employed graduates with good job position is still modest, which is not commensurate with their inherent potential. One of the main causes of this situation is that the graduates’ professional skills have not met the enterprises’ requirements. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to improve professional skills for Hotel Management students in the training process.
