IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF STATE MANAGEMENT FOR SPECIAL NATIONAL RELICS IN THANH HOA

Abstract

Special national relics are invaluable resources of each nation. Because they not only contain cultural beauty but also are important factors promoting the sustainable development process in each locality. Currently, Thanh Hoa is honored to manage many special national relics. For years, the management of cultural heritage in general and  special national relics in particular has always been concerned by authorities and relevant organs, creating positive effects in social life, contributing to the conservation and development of cultural heritages and promoting ing the value of relics to meet the people's need of enjoying cultural and religious values. Besides the efficiency in management, there are still challenges and difficulties when those relics are facing the strong process of industrialization and integration. It is necessary to continue to improve the role of state management in the protection of relics. This is not only an important task but also the responsibility for the national cultural heritages.
