SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF COMMUNITY –BASED TOURISM HUMAN RESOURCES IN DELTA DISTRICTS OF THANH HOA PROVINCE

Abstract

Community - based tourism is a type developed on the basis of the community's cultural values. It is managed, organized and exploited by the community. Community - based tourism is a development method in which the local community is the subject of all activities including conservation, management and exploitation. Therefore, human resources are the main local workforce. This has special significance for the delta districts of Thanh Hoa province, where the population rate is the highest in the province and fully meets the factors of natural geography, history and culture to develop community - based tourism. The article aims to evaluate and understand the importance of human resources as the key to success. From there, some solutions to improve the quality of human resources for the development of community-based tourism in Thanh Hoa delta districts are proposed.
