The accumulation of knowledge, skills and experience in the learning process of students of Music Education is extremely important and necessary. That determines the formation of students' pedagogical capacity to become a real teacher. This is the foundation for students of Music Education to develop their teaching competence after graduation. However, the training of pedagogical profession has not met that requirement. Therefore, applying the law of quality and quantity to improve the training quality of pedagogical profession to students of Music Education is necessary with scientific and practical significance.
